Cook with liquid. This cookware isn’t suitable for dry cooking. Always use oil, butter, or liquid in the pot before you start cooking.

Season the edges. Your enameled cast iron pot doesn’t need to be completely seasoned like a traditional cast iron pan. There is, however, a thin border of exposed cast iron along the rim of the body and lid that needs to be seasoned in order to protect the surface.

Suitable for all cooking hobs - electric, gas, ceramic, halogene and indiction.

Don’t put in dishwasher!
